COMMON QUESTIONS
-
Yes. If you have a physical piece of artwork or digital file, we have the scanning and printing capabilities to translate it into a digital file ready for production.
-
Likely, yes. We'll assess whether your file will enlarge to your wall height with sufficient clarity and resolution before moving forward, so you know it will look crisp at full scale.
-
That's a great starting point. Our in-house team can generate original designs for you, building from your concept or reference image.
-
Files should be a minimum of 300 dpi. Vector files work best, since they scale cleanly to any size without losing quality.
-
The dimensions of your space affect how we prepare the file. The taller the wall, the greater the file resolution needs to be to maintain a sharp, clear image across the entire surface.
-
Yes. When working with original artwork, a copyright release form is required to confirm you have the legal right to reproduce the work. Download and fill out this Copyright Release form
-
Pricing for design work, including file setup, depends on the material (substrate) choice and square footage of space.
-
Always. A strike off is provided for your approval and is included in the design fees, so you can review the result before anything goes to production.
-
Timing depends on the design phase, which varies by project. Once a design is approved, production lead times are standard.

Testimonial
I think our wallpaper creates an incredible showpiece for our company and the games we build; they help immediately demonstrate what we do (build games) and I couldn’t be happier with how they look. Watching people’s faces when they first see the murals is a fantastic experience…everyone smiles, everyone says something positive.— Keith Warner, President, New World Interactive
