Spring Collection 2024
Area Environments is a creative studio that curates original artwork from contemporary artists to produce exclusive wallpapers and large scale murals. Founded in 2012 out of a shared adoration for fine art, Area’s unique and collaborative approach to creating wallcoverings continues to be fueled by this passion, alongside our obsession with quality and our desire to challenge the link between art and environment.
Our participating artists are from all over the world, and we consider them our partners. Their wide-ranging artistic voices, stories, and talents have allowed us to build consistently compelling collections, and we are grateful to them for the opportunity. We honor their work by maintaining the originality of their art as well as by compensating them with a portion of each sale.

Spring 2024 Artists
Emily Scott
Austin, Texas
Emily Scott is an award-winning artist born and raised in the Kootenai Valley in northwest Montana. Scott eventually moved to Seattle to pursue higher education. After seeing 20 countries volunteering with the Peace Corps, Scott has settled back in the US making art inspired by the natural wonders from her travels. Her work emanates the constant, soothing—yet—powerful energy of our universe. Her current artistic focus is on the enchanting landscapes of the Southwest United States.
Flower Press Studio
Denver, Colorado
Keith Kralik and Rachel Parri’s pressed flower adventure started with flowers grown in their backyard urban garden in Denver, Colorado. The pair began with poppies and other wildflowers, leading Keith to learn to make frames from scrap wood, plunging themselves into a world of wedding preservation. Kralik and Parri’s attention to detail and creativity, allowed them to organically morph into an exciting business.
Jeralyn Victoria
Saint PAul, Minnesota
Jeralyn Victoria is a full-time artist based in St. Paul, Minnesota. She is a graduate of the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, where she earned a BFA in painting. Victoria grew up in North Dakota where minimalist landscape, access to nature, and occasional extreme weather influenced her love of raw, earthy texture, and industrious use of unexpected materials.
Simone Christen
Far Hills, New Jersey
Originally from rural Switzerland, Simone Christen studied art at Lucerne School of Design and Basel School of Visual Arts. In 2020, she relocated to New Jersey, where she now resides with her family on a small horse farm.
Christen creates non-representational, experimental art within the realm of minimalism. Her intuitive artistic approach captures emotions and atmospheres, seeking balance and reduction without triviality. Employing liquid media on paper and raw canvas, she skillfully layers semitransparent organic shapes to achieve luminosity and depth.
